Modular (fast-mounted) concrete plant is designed for the production of concrete and construction mixtures. The concrete plant consists of weight batchers (inert, cement, water, and additives), the main conveyor or the skip elevator, warehouses of cement, the mixer, electronic control system, the hardware and hinged equipment.
This plant can be used both for industrial purposes (production of small batches of concrete for the purpose of its further implementation) and in the construction cycle (production of concrete at the construction site for the purpose of its use in the construction cycle).
The concrete production process is fully automated and controlled by a single operator. The installed control module allows you to keep a record of all components of the concrete mix, as well as the volume of its shipment, which prevents theft of concrete and unaccounted for its shipment.
The weight equipment is entered in the State register of measuring instruments.
