Tilting containers

MEGAVES Group represents high-tech tilters (tippers) of containers of the MV KK-20 series, designed for loading and unloading containers by tilting them with maximum safety at the site.

Tilters (tippers) of containers significantly accelerate the process of unloading and loading various bulk cargoes of 20” freight containers. Thanks to this unique system, the enterprise gets the opportunity to optimize its production processes, increase safety, significantly increase the turnover of containers and the productivity of the facility as a whole. Our equipment already makes a profit at such enterprises as CargoSystem, Terminal-A and EREL Logistic.

Features and options

Two versions of the design of the tilter (tipper):

  • Open design — allows the container ship to enter the platform to remove the full container from the semi-trailer and leave to install an empty container;
  • The design of the platform type — allows the acceptance of containers to the tilter (tipper) using loaders (Reachstackers) with further safe fixation of the container for work on loading and unloading materials;
  • Tilt the container to 90 ° when loading;
  • A universal frame design for servicing various modifications of semi-trailers, which allows both unloading and loading material into a container (the necessary functionality is specified upon ordering);
  • High-performance electric motor for the hydraulic system;
  • Hydraulic drive for opening / closing container doors (execution without drive is possible);
  • Ladder and platform for visual control of the loading process;
  • The system of electronic weighing of the container during loading, equipped with a CI-6000A display by CAS (Korea) (weighing accuracy of 3000 divisions according to GOST OIML R76-1-2011)
  • Two versions of the frame — stationary and mobile version, which does not require installation on the foundation (must be specified when ordering);
  • 380V power is needed for the tilter (tipper) operating.
